As a Creative Director, I co-led the product marketing efforts with a strategic focus on developing and executing a comprehensive project roadmap. My role was pivotal in crafting and managing creative assets for our weekly go-to-market (GTM) activities, which required close collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.

In-App Announcements
I coordinated the design and rollout of targeted in-app announcements. These announcements were strategically timed to maximize user engagement and ensure timely updates about new features or important changes.
Quick Tutorial Videos
We discovered that users struggled with the vendor addition step during onboarding, which was a significant barrier. To address this, I collaborated with the support, onboarding, and product teams to create quick, under-3-minute tutorial videos that simplified the process. These videos effectively eased the onboarding process, maintained higher engagement, and boosted user confidence, streamlining their integration into the Venminder platform.
Interactive Product Tours
I conceptualized and oversaw the creation of dynamic, interactive product tours. These tours were designed to provide users with an engaging and hands-on experience of our product's features, thereby facilitating a deeper understanding and smoother onboarding process.
Walkthroughs
I directed the creation of detailed walkthroughs to guide users through complex functionalities and enhance their overall experience. These walkthroughs were integral in simplifying the user journey and addressing potential friction points.
