As the Creative Director for Venminder, I played a pivotal role in elevating our B2B SaaS platform to new heights by leading the development of a cutting-edge design system. This initiative was integral in enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring a cohesive and modern interface for our product.

Beyond design, I am deeply involved in go-to-market (GTM) activities for each new release and feature enhancement, ensuring that every update is effectively communicated and seamlessly integrated into our users’ workflows. Additionally, I oversee user support by crafting comprehensive help articles, managing user communication, and creating detailed application walkthroughs. Venminder, a leader in third-party risk management, specializes in optimizing vendor relationships through all stages—from onboarding to offboarding—by delivering innovative solutions that streamline and safeguard these critical processes.
