Driving Product Engagement Across the Venminder Suite

Key Initiatives
To improve onboarding and feature discovery, I led the concept and creation of dynamic, interactive product tours across the Venminder suite. These self-guided experiences walked users through core features in real time, helping them gain confidence and clarity without leaving the platform. Designed to be modular and visually intuitive, the tours were scalable across TPRM, Venmonitor, and Vendiligence—and were also repurposed for the corporate website and sales materials to support demos and lead generation.

Working alongside product and marketing teams, I developed a system for designing and deploying timely in-app announcements. These messages were carefully crafted and targeted based on feature releases, user actions, or lifecycle stages. The goal was to drive real-time engagement, reduce support requests, and ensure users were always aware of updates that mattered to them most.

To support users navigating complex workflows, I oversaw the creation of clear, visually-driven walkthroughs tailored to each product’s core functionalities. These guides not only reduced friction but also empowered users to complete high-value tasks with confidence—like risk assessments or vendor profile configuration—without needing external assistance.
Module Walkthroughs
We discovered that vendor setup was a consistent onboarding blocker, especially for first-time users. I collaborated with onboarding and support teams to script, design, and produce a series of quick (<3-minute) tutorial videos focused on critical tasks. These were embedded directly into the platform experience, leading to smoother onboarding, reduced time-to-value, and stronger early adoption metrics across all three products.

I led the research and creation of an in-app Getting Started guide to support new users and reduce repetitive support tickets. Designed to empower users to onboard vendors independently, the guide provided clear, actionable content in a structured format.
