Led the full creative transformation of Venminder, a multi-product SaaS B2B company in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance. Built and mentored a team of 8–10 creatives while scaling brand, product design, product marketing, thought leadership, events, and GTM execution across Venminder, Vendiligence, and Venmonitor.
Developed a unified brand system, launched the Venmonsters narrative platform, built cross-product design systems, supported continuous weekly releases, and powered a high-volume inbound content engine generating enterprise engagement and MQL growth.
This was not campaign-based creative. It was building the infrastructure for a SaaS B2B growth engine.

Venminder’s brand needed to evolve as the company expanded into cybersecurity and risk intelligence. I led the redefinition and scaling of the brand across three interconnected SaaS products — Venminder, Vendiligence, and Venmonitor — ensuring consistency across software UI, HubSpot inbound marketing, paid campaigns, sales materials, and enterprise communications.
I built brand systems, templates, and creative frameworks that allowed marketing, product, and sales to move quickly while maintaining cohesion. Every touchpoint — from landing pages to in-app UI — reinforced authority in a highly regulated industry while modernizing the visual and narrative language.
The goal was clarity, credibility, and differentiation in a conservative space.
The brand system unified site, support, sales, and product.
I made the platform feel on-brand with bold colors and clean design.
Venmonsters: Humanizing Compliance
Venminder operates in a space known for being dry and conservative. To differentiate, I introduced the Venmonsters — a playful, narrative-driven branding system designed to bring personality to compliance-heavy software.
What began as a mascot initiative evolved into a storytelling framework used across digital campaigns, product engagement moments, events, bootcamps, and social promotions. The Venmonsters helped simplify complex risk categories, humanize cybersecurity conversations, and create emotional memorability without sacrificing enterprise trust.
This was branding as strategic differentiation — not decoration.
Employee Culture
Venmonsters not only served our external branding purposes but also became a powerful tool for internal culture and talent recruiting.
We found that associating our employees with these characters allowed them to connect with the positive traits represented by each monster.
However, we also wanted to ensure that the Monsters reflected the real experiences of our employees, so we included traits like tiredness, confusion, and struggles with tasks. This humanized the Monsters and made them relatable to both our employees and our customers.
Thought Leadership & Content Infrastructure
Venminder ran a high-frequency inbound content engine designed to generate MQLs and support enterprise sales.
Blogs were published three times per week, each supported by multiple creative assets and paid ads. Webinars ran twice weekly with custom graphics and presentation decks. Reports were produced three times per quarter with full launch ecosystems including PDFs, landing pages, social graphics, videos, and paid campaigns.
Every month also included multiple eBooks and infographics, each supported by promotional ads and social amplification.
Beyond volume, the work required translation. I collaborated directly with TPRM, BCP, cybersecurity, and compliance experts to transform dense regulatory material into accessible educational content across whitepapers, infographics, webinars, and videos.
The goal was authority and clarity at scale.
Events & Industry Bootcamps
Events and bootcamps were strategic brand extensions. I led creative direction across the full lifecycle — pre-event promotions, booth design, presentation materials, digital campaigns, and post-event nurture sequences.
Bootcamps became educational brand moments, reinforcing Venminder’s leadership in risk management while generating engagement and sales-qualified conversations. Creative ensured consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Sales Enablement & Enterprise Support
Enterprise growth required continuous support. I led the production of datasheets, brochures, presentations, demo environments, interactive prototypes, and updated sales PDFs across three core products.
Creative supported both SME and enterprise buyers, ensuring materials were visually consistent, easy to understand, and aligned with product evolution. Financial Health Assessment, one of Venminder’s best-selling offerings, received a full visual refresh to strengthen positioning and clarity.
Creative Built for Conversion
Performance-driven creative built to support subscription acquisition, demo conversion, and lifecycle marketing. Complex third-party risk and cybersecurity concepts are translated into clear, compelling messaging for sophisticated B2B audiences. The result is scalable, conversion-focused creative that strengthens brand credibility and drives measurable growth.
Interactive Sales Enablement Tools
Product Design, Marketing & GTM Engine
Creative operated at the speed of product.
I led UI/UX across Venmonitor and core Venminder platform experiences while co-leading product marketing across three SaaS platforms. The focus was alignment — ensuring product design, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement functioned as one connected system.
I built and scaled a cross-product design system that unified multiple environments and improved usability. Complex third-party risk and cybersecurity data were translated into intuitive dashboards and clear risk visualizations. In partnership with product and engineering, we delivered onboarding flows, in-app guides, interactive demos, and upsell environments that supported both adoption and revenue growth.
Simultaneously, product marketing ran on a structured roadmap with weekly GTM releases. Each month included multiple launches supported by articles, promo and tutorial videos, updated demos, sales materials, and refreshed enterprise datasheets. Interactive product tours and walkthroughs supported both inbound and sales-led conversations.
This was not campaign-based work. It was continuous SaaS B2B execution — integrating product, marketing, and revenue into one growth engine.
User Support & Knowledge Ecosystem
I led the creation of a comprehensive support site that included structured help articles, tutorial videos, in-app walkthroughs, and guided onboarding flows.
Using research and storyboarding, we identified friction points and simplified user education. The support ecosystem aligned with product UX and marketing messaging, reinforcing brand consistency while reducing dependency on support tickets.
Operational Scale & Creative Leadership
This level of output required infrastructure. I write about on my design talk.
I built and mentored a team of 8–10 creatives and implemented scalable workflows, template libraries, and production systems that supported high asset volume without compromising quality.
AI tools were integrated for competitive analysis and innovative image generation, increasing speed and expanding creative capability.
Across branding, product, marketing, events, and support, the systems were intentional. Creative was embedded into growth strategy — not downstream from it.
